*Reservations can be made 3 months prior from the requested date. (2 months for Sapporo station branch.)
Online Reservation Policy
1) Your reservation will be confirmed once you reply to the "Confirmation Request" mail sent from the Online support desk. If we do not receive a reply, your inquiry will be canceled.
2) Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, your reservation will be canceled.
3) Each table reservation is for two hours. (Example: Reservation from 6:00 PM ends at 8:00 PM)
4) For reservations of seven or more guests, we may request pre-orders based on timing and reservation conditions. If we do not receive your order in advance, the reserved time slot may be opened to other guests.
5) For changes or cancellations within three days, or for changes/cancellations on weekends and holidays, please contact the restaurant directly by phone. Kindly avoid sudden changes or cancellations via email.
网上预约规定
1) 在收到您的预约申请之后，本系统将会向您发送2封邮件，第一封邮件为系统自动生成邮件，仅用于阅览，不需要回复。第二封邮件为正式的「Confirmation request」邮件，这封邮件在得到您确认预约内容无误的回信邮件之后，预约将正式成立。如果没有收到您的确认预约内容无误的回信邮件，预约将会自动取消。
2) 请您遵守预约的时间来店。如果超过预约时间20分钟仍未来店的场合，预约将会自动取消。
3) 客席的使用时间原则上为2小时。（例如：预约时间11:30am～1:30am 或者 6:00pm～8：00pm ）
4) 7人或以上的预订可能需要根据时间和预订情况提前点餐。若未能提前提供订单，预订的时间可能会开放给其他客人。
5) 关于取消预约的连络，突然状况的取消，请务必直接打电话到已经预约的店铺直接进行取消连络。请不要在当天以电子邮件的形式发送更改或取消。
オンライン予約規定
1) 「Confirmation Request」に返信いただくことで予約が確定します。返信がない場合はキャンセル扱いとなります。
2) 予約時間には遅れずにご来店ください。予約時間から20分経過してもご来店がない場合、キャンセル扱いとなります。
3) 各席の予約時間は2時間です。（例：予約時間 18:00 ～ 終了 20:00）
4) 7名以上のご予約につきましては、予約の時期や状況に応じて事前の料理注文をお願いする場合がございます。事前注文がない場合、予約された時間枠を他のお客様へ開放することがございます。
5) 3日以内の変更・キャンセル、週末・休日の変更・キャンセルは、お電話で店舗へ直接ご連絡ください。メールでの突然の変更・キャンセルはご遠慮ください。
