Online Reservation Policy
1) Reservation is completed after each customer replies to the confirmation request mail. If there is no response from the customer side, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
2) Customers are asked to arrive on time. Reservation will be cancelled if the arrival is 20 minutes late or more.
3) Each seating is limited up to 2 hours. (Example: Reservation time 6:00pm, Ending time 8:00pm)
4) Parties of 10 or more people are requested to order beforehand (partial or full). Orders may be added after arrival.
5) Cancellation within 3 days from the reserved date must be made directly to the restaurant by phone. Please DO NOT inform sudden cancellation/changes through email.
网上预约规定
1) 在收到您的预约申请之后，本系统将会向您发送2封邮件，第一封邮件为系统自动生成邮件，仅用于阅览，不需要回复。第二封邮件为正式的「请您确认预约内容的邮件」，这封邮件在得到您确认预约内容无误的回信邮件之后，预约将正式成立。如果没有收到您的确认预约内容无误的回信邮件，预约将会自动取消。
2) 请您遵守预约的时间来店。如果超过预约时间20分钟仍未来店的场合，预约将会自动取消。
3) 客席的使用时间原则上为2小时。（例如：预约时间11:30am～1:30am 或者 6:00pm～8：00pm ）
4) 人数为10名客人以上的预约，需要请您事前决定预约的料理，套餐或者单品，火锅料理或者非火锅料理（因为调理部门需要做调达食材相关的准备工作），只确定其中的一部分料理，来店之后再追加其他料理也可以。
5) 关于取消预约的连络，突然状况的取消，请务必直接打电话到已经预约的店铺直接进行取消连络。请不要在当天以电子邮件的形式发送更改或取消。
オンライン予約規定
1) 予約デスクよりお客様に送信される「Confirmation Request」に返信頂いた後に、予約は確定致します。返信のないお問い合わせについては、キャンセル扱いとなります。
2) 予約時間に遅れないようご来店ください。予約時間の20分を過ぎてもご来店頂けない場合は、キャンセル扱いとなります。
3) 各席の予約は２時間となります。（例：予約時間6:00pm～終了8:00pm）
4) 10名様以上のご予約については、お料理の事前予約をお願いしております。（部分予約も可能です。）来店後の料理追加も承っております。
5) 3日以内の変更/キャンセル、週末・休日の変更/キャンセルは、直接店舗までお電話にてご連絡ください。メールでの突然の変更/キャンセル連絡はご遠慮ください。
