We regret to inform you that a food poisoning incident caused by norovirus has occurred at one or our chain restaurants、"Nagoya Station branch".
As a result、the Nagoya city public Health Center has issued a business suspension order for the restaurant、effective March 11th.

We sincerely apologize to the affected customers and their families for the immense distress and inconvenience caused. Additionally、we deeply regret the concern and trouble this has brought to our valid customers and all other related parties.

The restaurant will resume operations once safety has been confirmed under the guidance of the Public Health Center.
